This Kosmos Heart Locket features an intricate 18k Gold filigree pattern with 925 Sterling Silver. The filigree is surrounded by either Brown Diamonds or Mixed Gemstones, and a center gemstone of your choice. This locket is a blend of timeless artistry and refined sophistication, perfect for adding a subtle yet striking touch to any ensemble.
