This Greek Bicentennial Mettle and Virtue Pendant, crafted from Gold-plated Sterling Silver, celebrates 200 years of Greece's independence. It comes with a commemorative card, making for a great gift or keepsake, and the stainless steel cord shown is included.

Cultural Note
Commemorative necklace celebrating 200 years of Modern Greece — 200 years since the outbreak of the Greek Revolution of 1821 and the War of Independence. This symbol reads "Mettle and virtue is what Freedom wants" borrowed from the “Fourth Ode, To Samos” by Andreas Kalvos.It is a 2021 design but will be made new to order.
