I've had the pleasure of talking to both Pete and Joanne along with ordering two rings and a beautiful Al'Oro Flower Cross. They are both very friendly, will discuss your choice and offer alternatives if necessary/requested and just make the overall ordering experience calm and easy. There's no hard sell just a pleasant experience. On top of all that, the jewelry you order is bespoke and not something that was churned on an assembly line and carried in your local store. We have decided this is where we're going for our best jewelry from here forward. Pete and Joanne are outstanding, just like their jewelry!
